Service terms for our video production and creative work.
By accepting a proposal, signing a Statement of Work, or submitting payment to Pixie Cut Productions, LLC, the client agrees to these Terms of Service for the requested production and creative services.
Pixie Cut Productions, LLC aims to meet project timelines stated in the agreement. Delivery dates may depend on client response times, approval cycles, access to locations, and timely receipt of required brand materials.
Clients are responsible for paying invoices issued by Pixie Cut Productions, LLC according to the agreed schedule. Additional costs requested by the client, including third-party vendors or location-related fees, may be billed separately when applicable.
Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, ownership and usage rights for final deliverables are provided as defined in the project agreement. Pixie Cut Productions, LLC retains ownership of internal workflows, templates, and pre-existing production tools.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the written agreement. Pixie Cut Productions, LLC will stop active work upon termination, and any completed work or non-refundable production costs remain payable by the client.
